Omar has over 27 years of people and organisational development experience. He is a published author of "Leading Cats & Dogs in the Workplace" and specialises in developing leaders, their teams, and organisations.
Experience
During his career, he has held several senior positions, such as Head of Learning & Development, Director of People Development, and HR Director, and has been a faculty member for Imperial Business School and Cass Executive Education
Omar started his coaching career as a personal health & well-being coach before moving into executive coaching. As a result, his coaching has been described as unconventional, challenging, insightful and life-changing. Over his coaching career, Omar has had the opportunity to provide coaching to:

As a seasoned trainer for the CIPD & PWC training academy, combined with being a master practitioner of NLP and having a gained a master’s degree in strategic training & development, Omar's strengths lie in his ability to create the right communication and development interventions and strategies that deliver high-performance leaders and organisational cultures.
