Coaching philosophy

Gareth believes that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole. He sees his role as coach as helping raise awareness, and offering both support and challenge towards a desired outcome. Gareth strongly believes that there is no ultimate approach to coaching and that the best coaches use range a of models, methods and tools interchangeably to fit the need.
